We have two separate wedding ceremonies for different people? Can I have the same dress?
On 10 October 2010 we are having a wedding ceremony for my side of the wedding, and on 16 October 2010 we are to have a ceremony for my husband. It will be different guests at each ceremony, and the Bridesmaids wear the same clothes. Is it wearing popular label for the same or different clothes for the two ceremonies?
I do not think there is an etiquette in this. Etiquette is about manners, not two weddings for the same pair. Two ceremonies usually occur only when the couple's religious leaders not carry through the state recognized marriages. The couple gets married and then politely takes their religious ceremony. Yours is an unusual case, but I would only wear the same clothes.
