Bridal gown garment bag store?
Hello! I'm getting married first May 2010! I bought my wedding dress, but it came in a plastic garment bag. I heard that the store is a bad thing you dress for a long time. What kind of bag should I buy? I've heard of acid-free bags of clothes? breathable Garment bags? All that I have no name to be used by me or a recommendation about each other?
After I was wearing my dress I went back to the place I have it and they had it cleaned up and put it in a breathable bag. they said it was the best thing to do. (Do not close themselves as people sometimes.) But even with that some of the discolored pearls. Instead of silvery-white, they look more black. That's a long time to hang on to a dress. I would ask you the place that you have bought it if they can make a recommendation.
