Prom dress in England?

What I seek is a snug at the top, that more is on / under my hip. I want to be pink and my budget is 100 €. + Must be england!

I understand your reluctance, but I have successfully bought three dresses from China on ebay. I used a classic quartet singing, so I have a lot of prom dresses for concerts style! The level of the surface is looking a little rushed sometimes (on one of the three), but they are such fantastic value. Do not guess the measurements! You could always someone to do it for you, but it is not so cheap – I have a dress very similar to this with a historical costume patterns – but also what it cost me to me more than this dress made of fabric and trim. If you buy on something in the amount of mainland Great Britain then the department stores in your nearest town (Debenhams, Frasers, John Lewis) have something – but it is more expensive than likely. You do not say where in England you – it might be worth shopping trip plan to your nearest big city and really a job from it.and do not forget Glasgow in Scotland for fantastic shopping – we have a downtown store called Rue Lafayette, that only the prom and evening wear – in any color – so It was always a relief to know me, planning a trip there, that I could something I like to receive. It is right next to three other stores in the center of the city, there are hundreds of choices all in one area.
