I need help for my wedding flowers! HELP?
I'm getting married in a little more than a year. Our colors are green and black. My fiance is in the army, and he is wearing his Class A's that are dark green. My dress is ivory white with beads and embroidery. The witnesses are finished with black Tuxes. I would like to use silk flowers, I would like black flowers. I was thinking of a kind of black flower, gardenia, hydrangeas and green. Can you tell me say what you think, perhaps, other types of flowers, tell me what type to use, and what color you want the bridesmaid dresses should be, together with an accent color for the clothes? I like green, white and black together, I'm stuck with these colors. It will also be a summer wedding, the season is preferable flowers. Many Thanks! I think the bridesmaids would be good look in black or green (or black with a green sash and green with a black sash). You could just get them all black to a Dress on so they can have a style that they will meet again and they can take to choose to buy. Some florists also dye some (real) flowers on black for you (as Orchids stems can be put in black color, which make the flowers turn black, the same as they do to get blue orchids). Sometimes black silk Flowers can look really fake as they're sort of glossy there to the dark color – so pleased for a good quality if you really have to go with fake. I would also suggest mixing the black with green or white (or both) just so the bouquets are not too dark because they do not photograph as well, if you have a lot of black flowers clumped together. If you were to go for black bridesmaid dresses, I think, would look like green and white flowers really nice (for example, the first link above). A green or white flower with black tuxes would also look good, instead of going black on black.
